Hi, I have just been told I've probably got endo after years of hassling my GP for a referral. I have had an u/s, blood tests + various other exams which were all normal. However the consultant I finally saw told me it's probably endo, but doesn't want to do a laparotomy as I've had children + since it hasn't affected my fertility doesn't see the point!! She gave me a prescription for painkillers as I have tried various contraceptive pills with no luck. is this approach normal? I almost feel I've been fobbed off as a paranoid woman who can't handle a bit of period pain! Any advice welcome! Thanks. Xx
