Anybody a care assistant

I have spent 18 months battling for a diagnoses but finally got it 2 months ago. 3rd laparoscopy they removed 3 patches of endo. To start with recovery going really well had a drastic reduction in pain. Pre surgery I had pain all month round and now nothing between ovulation and period it's been a massive relief. However as I reduce my pain relief I am noticing how badly work is affecting my pain.

I am wondering are there any carers out there who have any advice I really want to manage pain better without resorting to painkillers every two minutes.

After my laproscopy 2 years ago i went back to work after a week and really struggled. Having 2 weeks off this time its amazing how long it takes your muscles inside your body to heal x
