So as most of you will know I had a post on here showing a photo of a rather large endometrial cast after being on the pill back to back for 3 months. But is there any correlation between the cast and endometriosis? My doctor said it shouldn't have happened just on a basic combi pill. But since then I've been too scared to take any other pill in case it happens again.
