Had my first prostap injection 1 week ago. Is it normal to have period pains after? I was under the impression I'd stop having periods or symptoms of periods straight away. Does anyone have any advice?

Hello, I had mine just over a month ago and initially it made my passion worse and I felt nauseous. Before I had it I was in pain daily because of a cyst but after about two weeks the pain eased and is now manageable. That said I'm now having a period which I didn't expect and its probably the heaviest I've ever been! That had brought done pain back!
