What to do next???

Had my first lap on 9/29/15, my RE went in to remove two large pelvic mass (endometriomas) one of which covers my entire right ovary. He was unsuccessful with removing the endometrioma due to it being stuck, but he was able to remove the one on my left side. Unfortunately he discovered that my left tube had some blockage which he was unable to repair. So that means I only have one functioning tube and of course in want to possibly conceive one day soon. Just wondering has anyone ever experienced anything like this: right side has large pelvic mass and unblocked tube and left side is clear but the tube is blocked and I'm 36 years old...What are my possible chances of conceiving?
