Hi ladies. I had my lap a month ago where they didnt find endo or anything abnormal. I'm now having my first period in 9 months (I stopped having them as the pain became unbareable) and I'm in so much discomfort. Period pain, back pain, shooting down my left leg, random stabbing pains where my left ovary is, I can't wear tampons as they are too painful and I just feel awful 😔. I have taken paractemol and ibuprofen and I have bought my wheatbag to work with me. I've got a dr appt on Friday with a temp gp as mine is on maternity for a follow up after my lap. I also have pain during sex always.
I don't know what to do next? And would like some guidance please?
Can lap trigger worsening endometriosis? Or can recovery take longer than 3 months?
Has anyone had two diagnostic laps? 
Had lap and they couldn't remove any and now on prostap!!
