Hi all, I had zoladex a month ago. I haven't had any menopause symptoms yet when should it kick in? My pain has stopped though which is amazing!! I'm still spotting now and again but my main concern is that I'm bleeding during sex. Is that normal? Would be interested to hear of people's stories who's been on zoladex. thanks

Hello. I've had 2 courses of Zokadex a few years apart and both times my menopause symptoms didn't kick in until after my second injection. I managed the full course each time without HRT as the side effects sounded worse.

I had some light spotting on and off for a few weeks, and I noticed it after sex the second time round. It did stop soon after my second injection.

It's something worth monitoring, but fingers crossed it stops soon xx

Thank you for the reply. I will keep an eye on it and mention it when I go for my second injection if it carries on.
