I have recently had an MRI scan of the whole pelvic and abdominal area and it shows everything as normal. However, I live with horrible pain everyday and it even hurts to sleep on my right side. I have always had terrible period pains where I need to take a a day off school/work. Does endo ever show up on MRI scans or is it only ever seen through laps?

No they rarely show up on mri's or cat scans or ultrasounds. Unless the lesions are whopping big, or you have chocolate cysts, or something is attached to something else.
