More & more problems!

Hi girls. Haven't done a post in a while. Had my op in May, had nothing but problems, I've had so much inflammation, I'm so uncomfortable and tired.

Any of you ladies know any home remedies to take down the swelling, I've tried all over the counter meds. Just need another way then shoving more and more tablets into me!

Turmeric does but I'm not sure how much. Does arnica work too? Sorry I don't know much about it but I'm sure they're both natural ways. Sorry to hear you're in so much pain
