Pressure and pain in my pelvis

Hi been suffering from bad back pain and pelvic pain and have phoned my doctor told me to up my pain relief I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and the pain and pressure in my pelvis is worse when I bend a certain way plus so uncomfortable and can't sleep with the pressure in my pelvis I had a lap in January this year as was treated for adhesions as womb joined to my bowel and still suffering I feel that all doctors do is talk to me like its all in my head and don't see gynaecology till September but just wish I could get some relief as it making me so unhappy any answers would be great to what I can do to stop it affecting my life

Hi, I'm sure you're already doing this but lower back/hip heat packs during the day and hot water bottles at night are helping me a lot with the same thing, it doesn't take away the pain but I feel it definitely dulls the aching - along with painkillers. good luck with your appointment in Sept.

Yeah that's what I have been doing helps alot also been having warm baths and taking my painkillers but only seem to take the edge of the pain im going to go back to doctors and ask if I can be seen quicker than September but know what gynaecology are like always make you wait ill let u no how I get on and thanks for your reply xx
