NEWBIE LOOKING FOR ADVICE

Hello everyone! i'm currently waiting to see a gynecologist for the second time, i was diagnosed and treated with endometriosis back at the beginning of last year 2014. Since February of this year my symptoms have come back so my doctor has referred me straight to the gynecologist which i'm due to see 20th July. I fell pregnant in May which i miscarried and now me and my partner are unsure on whether to carry on trying for a baby or to wait to see the gynecologist first, i just wondered if anyone has any advice if they've been through a similar situation and have been able to conceive before being diagnosed? I'm 25 years old
