can you catch pregnant with endo on your diaphragm?

hello i think i have endo on my diaphragm im waiting to see specialist to find out more i recently had a lap and they found endo on my pelvis they sent me away saying they were happy they removed it all but i still have all the symptoms so im hoping they will be doing a lap on my diaphragm. im going with my instinct and im sure its endo on my diaphragm i was wondering has anybody been able to catch pregnant having endo i no i had it on my pelvis so i was wondering if it that what has been stopping me but now thats gone and i think its just on my diaphragm so will that still stop me catching ? if you have any advice please right back thanks x
