Day after lap. Feel like I've been hit by a bus.

Had my lap yesterday afternoon. They unstuck my pelvic walls and removed some scar tissue. Today I woke after a awful nights sleep feeling awful. I'm full of flu I'm afraid to cough or sneeze due to the stitched. My arms and tip of shoulders and back are killing me. My scars are stinging too. Feel so low

Don't feel down. You'll feel better soon. I drank diet coke to help ease the gas pain.

It's been 9 days since I had my op to remove endo from my ovaries and although I'm generally better I know when I try to do too much as the internal pain gets bad. Rest up as much as you can, use decongestants to help you breathe and sleep as much as you can for now. Big hugs xx

Oh you poor thing, keep taking the pain relief they've given you. For the shoulder pain get someone to rub your forearm vigourously- like your arm is a gient willy!It really helped me. xx
