Has anyone tried DIM for endo?

Just interested to know if this works or helps endo suffers as have been seeing a lot on internet about it. Any feedback greatly appreciated x

I did take it last October and my next periods really improved. I did eventually go for surgery as the endo was a pretty extreme case. I recommend that you find a good naturopath to help you with this. It shouldn't be taken longterm. You need breaks from it. Also, I think there,s a possibility it might impact sodium levels.
