Had to work from home again :(

I've woke up today in such horrific pain, that my GP appointment on Monday can't come quick enough. I had so much planned for today and now I have to spend my day sat crunched up on the sofa with my hot water bottle. I've got so much work to do and I'm now having to try and get it done from home. I only signed up yesterday and normally suffer in silence. The only people who know are my boyfriend and family, so being able to sit and read all of your posts and know I'm not alone, is helping my horrific mood.

Do you have any lavender oil? I always find a lavender bath really helps xx

I can't stand the smell of lavender, I wish I did because it can help with so much I'm definitely going to get a bath soon though, it definitely helps in the short term.
