Endo or no endo?

I have posted before and had lots of suport so thank you!

I went privately to see a gynae surgeon who specialises in endo and after talking about whats happened he doesnt think the problems i am having are endo related. He basically saud that my endo is probably gone now completely. He refered me to a gastric specialist.

I am just really confused now.
