Endo pain/ stuck in bed

Suffering with headaches like migraines only been the last couple of months, abdo swallen and sore, had to take amitritiphine, to help with pain had 2 drinks all day and a bowl of cereal, only been awake for about 20/30 minutes heads pounding again, I feel like my tummy is heavy, sore and sharpe pains omg get worse when I get up

Try hot water bottle for swelling I feel it helps with pain in general and drink plenty when you can stay awake.
