Period 6 days late, 6 negative tests ... could I still be Pregnant?

Hi All,

My period is 6 days late and normally it is here on time, I have taken 6 pregnancy test and all are negative. We have been trying for a baby as with me having endometriosis I want to have one soon so I can receive my final operation (removing all). I have cramping, bloating and back pain. Day 3 of my missed period I passed a spot of brownish blood and that was it. I really need some help and advice as I am not sure what is going on and I am starting to get worried encase endo has ruined this chance for me!
