Online yoga course specifically for Endometriosis

If anyone is interested in yoga for endometriosis there's an online course by a woman who has had endo and knows a lot about it. Have a look here and decide for yourselves endoyoga.com/online-course.... She even says that there are tips on how to adapt poses if you can't do them due to pain. Usually $67 but $47 until 10th May.

Yes I have done Helen's programme, it is great and she is very supportive without judgement. The poses are adaptable and I feel great when I do it. The trick is to listen to your body and not push too hard. With time the progress just happens. 😉
