Pain brown unexpected bleeding

I'm on back to back regividon pill for endometriosis which my body is riddled with apparently. Im on my 4th strip of the pill now.

Have been getting sharp pain on right side and what feels like trapped nerves down front of thigh the last week. Now have near constant pain across front and back of pelvis and dark brown bleeding with lumps. What is this?
