Hello everyone, my last post was about i had a lap and i woke up from surgery and the doctors saying they didnt find any endo. they scraped my uterus and sent it to the lab, a week later they phoned me and said yes you do have endo. i said i knew it, i was very upset when i woke up from the surgery and they said they have found nothing. i am in pain in the left side of my vagina in this one spot and i feel like its spread i have muscle spasms in my leg daily now and im starting to get back pain. my hip has been so swollen for the past 4 years. please anyone how do you cope with pain. give me diet plan.. maybe exersices ive tried some diets and they dont work, i have got them off google. i am waiting to see a endo specialist. my endo women stay strong, i understand the hurt ... not a minute goes by i dont feel it. thank you for reading
