Missed periods and NDT

Hello, I have been taking Nature Thyroid for 8 months now and doing well. But I have not had a period since February. I am bloated and feel I have puffy calves, feet etc and my breasts have the same feeling as if I am premenstrual but I have had this for weeks. I had my follicle stimulating hormone checked last year and showed I was not peri menopausal. I am approaching 44. I have made an appointment to see my go in a couple of weeks time but I fear she will blame it on the nature thyroid as last time I saw her she struggled to understand the effects NDT has on TSH levels and wanted me to reduce my dose to a level which previously made me feel under medicated. Any ideas please? Thank you
