Hi Ladies.

I have just been reading a article in the paper about a book with about periods and Natural treatment for better hormones, it also said that It had a section on Endometriosis so I thought it may intrest some of you. The ladys name is Lara Briden It's Called Period Repair manual, it's said she has had 20 years experience in women's health as a naturopath doctor.ive just ordered a copy as I said thought others may be intrested .

You are welcome , I think anything that is written by a Dr about Endo is worth reading. I have read a lot about diet change helping and I'm trying to be really strict with myself and see if I get any improvements x
