I'm a little worried.

I have endometriosis, and I had sugary to get it removed 4 months ago, but before I got the surgery I was taking birth control. So I started my period this month April 6, and then I started my birth control when it ended I took my birth control for about 5 days and then I ended up having to go to the doctor because I have a really bad kidney infection and they put me on antibiotics. I took the first pill 2 days ago and I started bleeding really bad, like having blood clots and everything and I had sex a lot with my husband and we don't use protection. I don't know if I had a miscarriage or what. It's really heavy bleeding and I'm kinda worried. My lower back hurts so bad like no pain medication helps it. I don't know what to think I'm so worry. Please get back to me ASAP.
