Same pain after lap & endo removed?

Hi, question as above really, I had a lap 3 weeks ago and was diagnosed with endo. my womb was stuck to my pelvic wall and some ligaments were in a mess, I'm still having trouble with the same pain I had prior to the op. I'm ovulating atm and thats always agony, my follow up with gyne isn't till 25th May. My Dr won't give me anything stronger than zapain and that doesn't touch it. It's ruining everything & really getting me down I feel like all I do is moan and cry. I thought the pain would subside after having that done but it's made no difference whatsoever
