Just come back from a doctors appointment, and discussed the results of my scan with him. It turns out I've got a haemorrhagic ovarian cyst on my right ovary, which I presume is leaking blood. He has put me on contraceptive pill and said that I've also got IBS so given me something for that too. I am waiting for a another scan in 6 weeks time. I presume that's what's causing on the pain then, and that its in fact a ruptured cyst. He didn't mention anything about Endometriosis though.
