Pain management after laparoscopy

I got my endometriosis diagnosed at the age of 20 and now I'm 21. I got my laparoscopy done last year in April. I have two questions in concern as I'm about to get married in a year.

Firstly, is it important for the cyst to come back after laparoscopy? And if it is then on average, when does it come back?

Secondly, does the pain of sex go away after the surgery or I will have to bear it forever? I have read about this pain on internet.

Ive had2 lapos and endo removed both times... Sex still hurts me and i feel it always will. I also suffer from adenmyosis so this can be another factor towards my pain. Im unsure aboyt the cysts and if they should return... Arent they meant to not come back?

Did you try or did your doctor recommend any medicine to manage the pain of sex?

My doc said.. try diff positions and see if that helps and keep it slow. Not what i call helpful advice!

Thank you so much for your concern, I will surely keep a record however, do you think removal of one ovary might be the cure of this disease?
