Feel pregnant with endometriosis

I stopped menstruating for a year and got diagnosed with insulin resistance 5months ago, which helped normalize my menstruation. But afterwards every period started giving me these mysterious pains, that no one could understand, and my gynecologist told me that we have to watch for endometriosis. Since the past month, period or not, I feel really bloated and my uterus feels bigger and swollen, constantly making me think that I could be pregnant, but ive done tests and I'm not. Its constant mental torture
