Low blood cell count - has anyone experience this?

Has anyone had a low blood cell count ? My nutrophill count and over all white blood cells were really low and although my Go (who knows nothing) sai it's not endo related I wondered if my body isn't coping well with the huge strain and stress endo is having on it over the years. Has anyone else tested for this ?
