3 weeks post op hysterectomy new pain and spotting advice please

Hi I am nearly 3 weeks post op hysterectomy everything removed but 1 tube and ovary. The op was done laproscopicly . I've had no bleeding at all until yesterday. I have been trying to do a few more things round the house and yesterday after picking up a kettle withjust enough water in for 1 cup iI suddenly got sharp pains in my tummy. Since then I have that pain on and off and also vaginal pain and spotting which only started yesterday. I'm so confused as I know its common to spot a little and my mother in laaw said her friend was hoovering and doing housework at 2 weeks! But I'm worried I may have pushed myself too far. Any advice would help please.
