Got told I had it last year but it's come back worse since having laposcapy and endoscopy

Hi I got told I had it last year they done endoscopy and laposcapy last year removed the cist on both overies had another scan since they come back three times as much as before and now I got to wait to go back in again cause the pain is so painful .xx Is there anything else they can do would you know please .
