Is it normal to bleed after sex on prostrap?

I am due my second needle on Monday but last Week i was on I've been off about a week, I had sex with my partner and bled straight away is this normal on prostrap x

Yes you have to be very careful - the drug dries out the vagina - no natural lubrication and therefore prone to suffering friction tears and damage which can cause scarring and possibly adhesions.

It is written in the patient advice leaflet on page 4

"Women only:

... may cause hot flushes and vaginal dryness.

It may cause a change in breast size or breast tenderness and can occasionally cause hair loss. As

can happen naturally when women reach the menopause.... "

To offset vaginal dryness you need to use vaginal moisturisors (vailable from the pharmacist) and plenty of lubrication to avoid causing damage if you do want to continue having sex. There is not enough lubrication with the condom alone and it needs supplementing. Speak to your pharmacist about lubricants that work with the condoms or caps or whatever barrier contraceptive you are using. You need to avoid those that may cause the condom to perish and split.

The drug will drop your libido to zero, and coupled with the vaginal dryness it's not likely you'll feel much like being in the mood anyway, but if you do then please make sure that you are using condoms everytime and continue to keep the vaginal walls moisturised. This is a temporary situation and when you stop the drug, the natural lubrication and sex drive should return eventually. Give your body time to heal before trying again, and don't have penetration till you are sure that you have sufficient moisture and lubrication otherwise you risk it happening again.

I'm still lubricated but now am bleeding and in pain. I thought the bleeding was ment to stop when you these injections? Sorry I'm just totally confused as to why it's not stopped the bleedingx
