Endo friendly yoga classes?

Hey does anyone know of any good endo friendly yoga classes in the London area (I currently live North but work South West and am moving South soon too)? I have only done a few ashtanga yoga classes as a beginner back at home in the past, but this was years ago and I really want to start up again because I have been told yoga can really help endo symptoms like coping with pain and helping you to relax etc. However I am completely lost as to what yoga to go for and also where to find good and safe classes. Any help and ideas would be great please? Thanks x
