Pregancy when waiting for lap?

Hello i am currently on the waiting list for a lap to diagnose endo which looks very likely after having an mri which found two large cysts on my left ovary.

Just wondered in the mean time about TTC and unprotected sex etc and what would be the risks/complications if i was able to get pregnant in the mean time?

There wouldn't be any risks. You would have you lap cancelled if you were to get pregnant.

Most hospitals would also do a pregnancy test prior to any surgery.

Tubal issues are common with endo, I imagine you would be at higher risk of ectopic and if you have hydrosalpinx of failed implantation/early miscarriage due to toxic fluid, but your tubes could be fine still
