Hi Rokks, I have the same as you, and yes I have symptoms all month not just at the time of my period, although symptoms can be worse then but not always. The worst for me being the pain when I pee, esp at the end of the pee. I had a lap 5/6 weeks ago where they removed the endo on my bladder but I am still experiencing the same problems. I am hoping that it is still just healing and not growing back or something else. How was yours diagnosed? Through a lap?

Hi whisperenergy...thanx for your reply..i had a lap on last friday along with a cystoscopy when they found endometriosis in my bladder.the doctor didnot burn it coz it wud damage the bladder.she told me that i have to get an injection for next six months which would cure the problem.i still dont know what injection it is.

Hope u recover very soon.my prayers are with you

I wonder what the injection is that you are going to get, I hope it does help u and that you are recovering ok from the operation. I am beginning to wonder if I have endo in my bladder as well as on the outside seen as I'm feeling no better from having the lap. Might go back to the gp soon and see what she thinks. Do you get the injection quite soon? xx

I'm in the same boat. The symptoms have improved after a year but it gets worse around my period. Ibuprofen helps but bladder forums can offer help too. Avoid caffeine and acidic foods but it takes a while for the bladder to heal so it could improve over time. Ive to get the injections too, not sure how that will go.

It sounds like that injection might be provera/zolodex (sp). Please have a look at the information about it carefully. Lots of threads on it that will give information about it.

I have the same problems all month. I hade stage 4 excision from bladder/bowel/pod/ureters/18cm cyst, tubes out and TPE and my bladders worse now than before. I'm currently having urodynamics testing in a couple if weeks to see what's going on and why in peeing 30-40 times a day x

Could the 30-40 times a day be interstitial cystitis?
