Pain and bleeding after lap...

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or if I should be slightly worried. I had my lap on the 9th April where they diagnosed and treated endometriosis, I started bleeding a few days after and this lasted 16 days. My doctor put me on antibiotics in case of infection. I did stop bleeding but the antibiotics seemed to have given me thrush (sorry!) That has now cleared but I've started bleeding again and in quite some pain in my tummy, particularly in my right side where they did most of the 'burning away' of endo. I'm taking the pill which I have been on for two years and that had completely stopped my periods. Not quite sure what to do! Not sure if I should see how it goes or if it gets worse.. Anyone else had this? Advice or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks ladies!
