not bleeding, constipation.

I have been through for differents treatments until I got one in Spain that improved my syntoms, but there are several issues in my head. I am not bleeding from 1 year (not proper periods), when I do any exercise I feel the pain getting worse and I have the colon in bad position which make me being constipate all the time and when I take something to relief it I get diarrea the next day.

Any advise about the diet I should keep or other issue?

I am in the same position as you. How do you know the colon is in a bad position, is this from having an operation? I follow the endo diet which helps a bit. Basically no wheat, dairy, red meat, refined sugar, caffeine etc. If you google it quite a lot should come up xx

Golden linseeds are great for constipation.

Some ladies on this forum recommend them to me earlier this week. They have really worked for me.

You have two teaspoons of them daily.... I sprinkle mine on my cereal in the morning. I also drink a large glass of water after.

You can get them from holland and barrat and some supermarkets.

Really glad to hear this has worked and glad you are taking the glass of water too...otherwise makes matters worse!

I know YellowRose warned me that flaxseeds are oestrogenic!!! eeeeek! and I've been trying to nail this down without much success. Some people think the lignans in flax seeds bind to oestogen receptors and block the bad oestrogens but others say they contribute to oestrogenic load. What a minefield we have to walk through.

I take Aloe Vera juice as well and it helps too.

I do feel that apart from the presence of endo maybe impinging on bowel function, hormones affect the function too. I seem to recall reading that somewhere.
