My doctor thinks because ive been in so much pain for such a long time that I have anxiety and im depressed. I have to admit I do know find it very hard to keep my temper these days. The smallest thing and I fly off the handle. I never know im doing it until its too late. I feel like everyone is out to get me and judge's me all the time and I dont know why!!. I never used to be like this but since I had my lap and was diagnosed with endo and pco I have never felt happy within myself and im taking it out the people that matter the most. Any advice on what I should do?

Endometriosis can cause depression and the pain can drag you down. You don't say how old you are but is it possible that you are experiencing menopausal symptoms? The reason you feel people are out to get you is that you are feeling vulnerable because you are unwell, it's a natural animal instinct to feel as though you are going to be picked off by a predator for being sickly or weak (which you are absolutely not) we've all eaten lol....Seriously though, EVERYONE feels like this when they aren't well EVEN men, it's a primal long forgotten instinct probably from when we were cavemen....so please realise that no one is judging you, it's just in your own mind, you are just feeling frustrated at your condition. Without being patronising make sure you eat well and try to stay away from non-organic dairy and meat as they are injected with hormones which then pass to us. Look up alkaline foods to get your body back into balance and generally make you feel healthier. Also you could try drinking camomile tea later in the day before bed, but check with your doctor if you are on medication, may sound silly but some herbs can interact with medication. I have found a magnesium supplement really helps as women are found to be very short of this mineral (again check with doctor if there is any reason you shouldn't take it), Vitamin B complex help with energy levels, therefore moods, but must be take EARLY in the day (they will turn your urine bright yellow so don't be alarmed), I found as long as you are able to take these things they do work along with a good diet. I've been there and it's not nice I know because you end up upsetting yourself when you upset your loved ones, but don't blame yourself, explain to them what it is, the more they understand the better they will deal with your moods and the more sympathy and support they will give you, it can be solved, we women have a LOT to put up with.....Hope this helps take care x
