BLADDER AND PELVIC PAIN after LAVH with diagnosis and removal of endo any advice

I had Endometriosis but was told it had been removed now not sure as still having discomfort in pelvic area and pain urinating and a weird feeling like i need to poo when weeing and hurts if a press around hip bone area. I got a Vault heamatoma 4 weeks after hysterectomy which was badly infected I had to be taken back to surgery and be cut to let it drain and put on antibiotics. I am 13 weeks post op. Back at work on light duties. My consultant is doing a scan on the 2nd May and has not discharged me yet. Any clues on whats going on before i see him on the 2nd.
