i started zoladex in 26-11-2014 for three months .and last injection in 4-2-204 and now iam pregnant in 6 weeks .kindly advise .

Yes there are risks - the drug is known to cause miscarriages and birth defects and you need to discuss the risks urgently with your GP. It may be that you decide not to risk the possible problems in which case an early termination is preferable for your own health. Don't leave it too long - get on to your Doc as soon as you can and take your partner with you so you can get the information you need and come to a decision that best suits you.

There have been successful pregnancies and there have been some tragic cases too.

The patient advice leaflets are clear when they advise that GnRH drugs are not contraceptives and make hormone contraceptives ineffective. therefore you must use barrier contraception (condoms and Diaphragms etc) throughout drug use and for 4 months after stopping while any trace of the drug remains in your body. Or alternatively with a zero libido from using the drug, abstain from vaginal sex till after the drug is clear of the body.
