Sorry if TMI but need some advice on symptoms

Sorry if this grosses anyone out, I feel kind of embarrassed asking but I have clear mucus coming out the wrong passage (looks like the stretchy fertile stuff, obvs not cm as I haven't got a secrete cervix up my butt

Mucus is covered a few paragraphs down the page - as a sign of infection. See your GP with a sample and it can be tested to identify which bug is causing the problem and you can then be given appropriate treatment.

You can pop in to your GP surgery and ask for a sample tub or pot - and book an appointment . then take your sample with you to the appointment.

Thanks for the reply, I've already done all that and all is clear so I guess it is just IBS x

I had a bit of that after my laparoscopy thought it might be something tomdo with the op and being bunged up. I drank lots of water and got plenty of fibre and it went. Might be worth just checking it out with your gp if youre worried still. X
