Has anyone tried yarrow for endo?

I came across yarrow being used for endo and fibroids. Has anyone used this or seen a herbalist who has recommended it?

Macca Root powder also very good for endo sufferers , I take a B6 Tablet daily too . Big into going the herbal route and seeing some results .Theres a excellent book called "THE ENDOMETRIOSIS NATURAL TREATMENT PROGRAM" written by Valerie Ann Woorwood and Julia Stonehouse which has become my bible.

I have heard of Maca Root powder but do be careful taking it with other things that have an effect on hormones. This is a good article that explains why cureendometriosis.com/warni... I can't take it at the moment as I'm taking Chinese herbs but if I have no success with them I certainly intend to try Maca Root.

It would be really good to hear how you get on with any herbal remedies you decide to take. Good luck!
