Not happy, not happy at all.

Had my first meeting my gynae today since i got my endo diagnosis. I got my diagnosis through my emergency op as i had severely bad symptoms. Since my op i have got worse and i've been told theyre not even gunna consider doing anything other than fobbing me off with painkillers that arent working for at least another 4 months!!!

My op was originally for a tumour on my ovary that they thought was twisting (this is how they found the endo) but when they woke me up they told me they didnt take it the tumour. However, when my specialist saw the pictures from the op today he said that it should have been come out...

My body isnt a god damn toy. Im so beyond fed up. Im furious.

Wow you poor thing it sounds like your being treated really badly!!! I'd demand they take action and if they don't I'd contact the head of the hospital to complain. X

You should be able to complain through a PALS (patient advice and liaison service) within your hospital. They are there to represent your interests. That's completely unacceptable! Hugs xxxx

I dont know where to complain,i get seen at one hospital but it doesn't have an a&e so when i had to go to a&e and have my op it was in a completely different hospital? x

Then I would lodge the complaint with both. Clearly the issue here is a communication breakdown between the two hospitals, which is unacceptable. I know the last thing you probably feel like doing is going through all the hassle. Do you have anyone who can help you? X
