Bladder endo bleeding before period.

Another question about my crazy bladder...so I have endo inside my bladder that bleeds 5-7 days before my period and during my period. We are currently TTC. I've done lost of online research into this and am slightly confused as there isn't much on endo inside the bladder. So my question for you lovely ladies is this:

Because the endo inside my bladder bleeds before my period would it signal the ovary to start new cycle thus if I was a few days pregnant, it wouldn't develop at all? It's all to do with prostaglandins I think. I'm so confused because as we all know the bladder isn't a reproductive organ. Btw I have some old scarring but nothing effecting girly bits! Any insight into this would be great especially from women like myself who have endo inside the bladder and have achieved successful pregnancy. Thanks xxx
