Now since stopping the pill i am constantly feeling sick and in pain like i am about to have a period. I really dont want 2 go back on the pill.

Have you considered the mirena coil. It does take a few months to get to work, but then if you can stick with it while it settes in and builds up layers of goop around it, it stops the periods for up to 5 years and you are not stuck with taking daily pills or having hormone fluctuations either as it give a constant very low dose of hormone. just 20% of the dose that the birth control pills use.
it has for me been really liberating to be free of periods and all that hassle. Certainly worth thinking about as a longer term solution to free you from periods, period pains and PMT.
I also have the Mireya coil, in fact I'm onto my second one! I have had very little problems since having it and I occasionally get a spotting period but mostly I have nothing. I was advised against taking the contraceptive pill due to the type of migraines I get, so this was the only suitable alternative for me. xxx
Hi I am on the mirena too fitted in surgery around 9 weeks ago, so far it has been ok there has been teething issues but I always said I would give it the 6 months. I was begining to get poorly on pill as I was on 1 microgynon 30 and 4 norgeston mini pill a day!! Might be worth giving it a go all I read was negative reviews about coil after I had it in but everyone different x
Thanku for advice, think i may have 2 do a bit of research and go from there.
