Long term Prostap any advice...

I went back to my gyne 15 months after my first lap under the impression that all they had found, endo, womb detached from bowel along with my right ovary being removed had been sorted. All that was done was the removal of my ovary and tube as it was bad. I have been told I can't have a hysterectomy because my womb is too stuck and have been put on Prostap and HRT until I reach natural menopause. I am 47...

You could ask your GP to refer you to an endometriosis specialist centre. You are very likely to find a surgeon at the specialist centres that is skilled enough to do a hysterectomy if that is what you choose.

Surgery may be to difficult for your gynae to do and that is why you need to find one more skilled.

You should also make sure there is a bowel surgeon at the centre that you choose.
