Pain is getting unbearable!

I have really bad pain on my left side as my ovary is attached to the bowel and covered in endo. The pain seems to travel right up the left side of my body to just under my breast. Does anyone else have this? I'm starting to worry something else may be wrong.

I get pain that travels, but you should mention it to your Consultant. Id recommend calling your doctors secretary and asking them to speak to the Dr for you (i have done it a few times and they generally squeeze me in at the next clinic). I think with Endo we should always check what the Drs think rather than presuming its "the usual".

If you aren't under a consultant then definitely go and see your GP so they can at least check it isn't an infection or something else - you can get inflamation in the fluid between the ribs and its painful and lasts a good few weeks, but you still need a doctor to check it xxx

Unfortunately endo can travel up to the ribs and lungs.I have severe left sided( mostly except lower down right side also) pain. After last admission to hospital I was treated for a kidney infection, but after that cleared I still have terrible [pain, like someone stabbing a knife or glass and twisting it round. It isa really deep pain which goes into my back, over hips and shoots down my leg, making it hard to put foot on ground. In the background is the constant dull, cramping pain of endo.I have been told that this stabbing pain is adhesions and am awaiting appointment at moment. My GP thinks the endo may have burrowed into my bowel or else is just bleeding and creating dense adhesions.I am taking Gabapentin for this pain and it is helping a bit, also dihydrocodeine,tramadol,par\cetamol.Best to check with your GP ,just in case anything unrelated.Sending you my best wishes.
