Hello, Ive just started Pilates and I'm enjoying it but yesterday after the session I felt alot of cramping. Does anyone else do Pilates? If so how does it effect you endo? Thanks!

Endo and Pilates - good or bad?
Yoga and Pilates sound great but as you found out, you have to be gentle on your endo wounds or you risk being in pain. If you get pain then you have done too much and need to give your self a break to recover and try again later on, only doing less that you did last time.
It is trial and error to find out what your endo can cope with.
For some of us- that's not much at all. Other people manage a fair amount of exercises.
Sports and ndo are not happy partners sadly.
And unlike the old adage no pain no gain.. if you have endo, if you get pain then you have nothing to gain but more endo, so don't overdo things and cause cramps and bleeds inside to your endo wounds if you can avoid it.
It may just be a case of altering the exercises that you want to do, to not impact on the tummy region too much. I know that can really limit what you can do in terms of exercise, but at the same time you have to remember you are in a constant battle with a chronic bleeding disease.
