We can't answer your question. Your fertility odds depend on where the endo was and what damage it had caused, also how much scarring the PID has left you with around the ovaries and the fallopian tubes.

You do need to make sure the tubes are clear and the ovaries unobstructed by adhesions and endo before TTC or if you have problems conceiving.

If they are now both blocked then it is straight to IVF.

If one is clear and the other blocked, then you should allow yourself twice as long as you would if both were clear, to fall pregnant, before reverting to IVF.

So have a word with your GP, and he may schedule you to have dye squirted through the tubes while you are scanned, to check if they are still tubes and not blocked up.

p.s. What's a leep?
