Anyone else feel nauseous?

Most days of the week I find myself feeling really sick and lethargic. Does anyone else get this with endo? And if so what do you find works to ease it? Also do you find that you feel worse after certain foods? Or certain times out of the month?

I get sick a week before I'm due on and it will continue for approx 10 days. Sometimes physically sick for first 2days of period. Lethargy happens at exactly the same time. It got worse over last year haven't found anything that helps yet but still trying different things.

I get really sick, like sea sickness, at very random intervals throughout the month-I'm starting to notice the worst episodes of it come when I'm due my next depo jab. I have found that peppermint tea seems to settle it, perhaps worth a try?

Hi - I posted the same question a couple of days ago. I received replies from ladies that also experience this and have suggested drinking ginger beer or boil water from kettle adding a piece of ginger and drinking that or I have been prescribed prochlorperazine maleate 3mg buccal tablets - they dissolve in your mouth - they taste awful but that takes away the thought of sickness and when you cant swallow they are a god send.
